Roasted Turkey Foccaccia Sandwiches
ingredients
- 1 loaf foccacia bread
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound roasted deli turkey, thinly sliced
- 3/4 pound fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/8" slices
- 1/2 pound proscuitto de parma, thinly sliced
- 1 jar roasted red peppers

Cut focaccia bread in half horizontally, then into 6 rectangles.

Combine pesto and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble sandwiches: spread pesto mayo on both sides of bread. Divide evenly and layer turkey, proscuitto, mozzarella, and red pepper among six sandwiches.
