Prime Rib
An amazing prime rib for the holidays!
ingredients
- 1 prime rib roast
- 1 c lemon pepper
- 1 c Lawry’s seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp accent
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 500°. Cook prime rib uncovered for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 200° and open oven slightly to cool down quicker. Cook until inside reaches 155°.

After carving prime rib, sear slices in au jus.
