  • 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into larger than chip size chunks
  • 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
