ingredients

  • 2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin(1 1/2 c.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
Cream cheese frosting
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. sifted powered sugar
  • 1 tsp.vanilla

    Mix ingredients together in order given. Spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees fro 12-15 mintues. Fill with favorite vanillia frosting. Wrap individually in plastice wrap.

    Cream cheese frosting:

    Beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in vanilla. Mix well and spread on cake part.
