Potato Casserole
A great casserole that you can make in many variations
ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream soup of your choice
- 3/4 cup of crushed cornflakes
directions
Cook potatoes in skin; chill. Grate potatoes and combine with sour cream, cheese, soup, onion and seasonings. Spread in pan and top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
