Grammie's Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

ingredients
- 1/2 C margarine (not the “light” kind)
- 1/2 C Crisco
- 3/4 C brown sugar
- 3/4 C granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 C flour
- 1 C chocolate chips
- 1 C walnuts chopped
directions
CREAM: margarine, Crisco and sugars ADD: eggs, mix well DISSOLVE: baking soda in warm water, add to mixture along with vanilla ADD: flour (I sift), mix well ADD: chocolate chips and nuts, mix well PLACE rounded teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet BAKE at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
