Barbecued Chicken Marinated In Honey and Lemon

  • 100.00 ML honey
  • 3.00 tb Finely chopped preserved lemon rind
  • 1.00 bu Thyme leaves
  • 8.00 Chicken thighs

directions

Pour 100 ml honey into a small saucepan, add 3 T finely chopped preserved lemon rind and bring to boil Cool to room temperature and then stir through 1 bunch of lemon thyme leaves Pour over 8 chicken thigh fillets and marinate for at least 2 hours in fridge Barbecue (or grill) chicken until cooking through
