- 125.00 G Sugar
- 7.00 tb Lemon juice
- 4.00 ts Grated lemon rind
- 30.00 G Butter
directions
Place 2 eggs and 125 g sugar in a heatproof bowl and beat lightly Stir in 7 T lemon juice, 4 t grated lemon rind and 30 g butter Cook in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water for 15 mins until thickens
