Spaghetti Pescatore
ingredients
- 1.00 x Clove Garlic
- 0.50 cu Olive Oil
- 6.00 x Anchovies
- 16.00 oz Can Tomatoes -- (peeled)
- 0.25 cu 1-inch Sliced Red Pepperoni
- 2.00 tb Capers
- 0.50 ts Paprika
- 1.00 lbs spaghetti noodles
- 0.50 cu Parsley -- finely chopped
directions
In a large skillet, brown the garlic in olive oil over low heat. Add the anchovies and cook in oil for 1 minute Add tomatoes, pepperoni, capers and paprika. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain thoroughly and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with parmesan cheese.
