Tagliatelli Marinara
ingredients
- 1.00 lbs tagliatelli (or linguini/spaghetti) noodles
- 4.00 ts olive oil
- 1.00 tb chopped garlic
- 0.50 cu chopped onions
- 2.00 cu canned Italian tomatoes, finely chopped
- 0.25 cu chopped celery
- 2.00 tb tomato paste
- 0.25 lbs cooked and peeled shrimps
- 1.00 ca tuna
- 2.00 tb white or red wine
- 2.00 ts chopped parsley.
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside. In a sauce pan, saute chopped onions and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Add tomato paste and celery and continue cooking for about 1 minute. Add tuna and shrimps, cook for about 2 minutes. Add wine and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked pasta noodles, and serve with parmesan cheese on the side.
