Macaroni & Cheese
ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- Paprika

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Cook macaroni as directed on package.

3. Cut up cutter into small pieces and place in bottom of 13x9 baking dish

4. Drain macaroni. Place half of the macaroni over the butter in baking dish sprinkle 1 cup each of cheeses and egg mixture over ingredients in baking dish. Repeat layers or macaroni, cheeses and egg mixture. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven; stir until blended. Bake additional 15 minutes or until heated thoroughly and golden brown
