Chocolate Sheet Cake

This is a melt in your mouth chocolate cake. Sure to be a favorite among chocoholics
ingredients
Cake- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 cup sour cream(not low or non-fat)
- 1/2 butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam.

Combine flour and sugar. Cook butter, cocoa and water until barely boiling. Pour over flour and sugar. Beat together. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Beat well, Mix in sour cream. Pour into baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cook cake before spreading with icing.
Icing
Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat till smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
