Mom's Hawaiian Jello Salad
ingredients
- 1 Large can crushed pineapple
- 15 Large marshmallows
- 1 Small package lemon jello
- 1/2 Pint whipping cream (or small cool whip)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Large package cherry or strawberry jello
directions

1) Drain pineapple, place the juice and marshmallows in a pot and simmer until boiling.

2) Remove from the stove and add lemon jello, cool slightly

3) Mash cream cheese into the mixture
- 4
4) Stir in pineapple, then fold in whipped cream
- 5
5) Pour mixture into a 9x13 dish and chill
- 6
6) When set, make red jello and cool slightly. When semi-cooled, carefully pour on top of chilled yellow mixture and refrigerate. Cut into squares and enjoy!
