Potato Casserole (Bell's Best)

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 10 oz. cheddar cheese

Thaw potatoes and combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Put in large casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hr. at 350.
