Loaded Potato Soup
ingredients
- 3 small cans chicken broth
- 14 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 quart Half and Half
- 1/2 cube Velveeta Cheese cut into cubes
- 1 lb bacon crumbled
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Green onion chopped
directions

Boil potatoes and onions in chicken broth, till tender; mash with lumps. Turns down heat add half and half stir in Velveeta Cheese cubes and stir.

*Make sure heat is very low soup will burn.

Cook bacon and crumble, chop onion and grate cheese.

Serve soup and let each person add baco
notes
Milk can be used instead of 1/2 and 1/2.
