Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (in a bag)
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Stir all ingredients (except topping) in a large bowl. Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.

3. In a plastic bag, crush the corn flakes and add melted butter.

4. Place this topping over the potatoes. Do not cover. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
