Chinese Green Beans
ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1/2 t. sesame oil
- 1 t. vegetable oil
- 1/2 t. ginger root, minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 T. water
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 t. cornstarch
- 1/2 t. brown sugar
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper flakes
directions
Steam green beans for about 5 minutes or to taste. Drain and plunge into ice water. Drain. Coat skillet with Pam. Add grated gingerroot and garlic to oil and saute. Add green beans and saute approximately 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir beans, etc. until hot.
