Nazarene Potatoes
Perfect for a Potluck!!
ingredients
- 2 lb frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 10 oz pkg cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Topping:
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 3 TBSP butter or margarine, melted

Mix all ingredients and pour in a large baking dish. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on, and then top with melted butter.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees.
