Pesto
I ate this for a week once and was so happy!
ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic (or more, depending on taste), chopped
- 1 1/2 Cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup pine nuts
- 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan
directions
Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended. Toss with pasta, lots of fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes, and more cheese!.
