Mexican Bubble Pizza

ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tube jumbo butter milk biscuits
- cheddar cheese, grated.

Preheat oven to 375° and grease 9“x13” baking dish.

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, soup and water and simmer a while. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in greased pan. Pour meat mixture over biscuits and mix. Cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with taco toppings--sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
