Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Did your husband invite his professor or mentor over for dinner? Are your in-laws in town? You need a dinner that will impress! Regardless of the company, guests will leave your apartment grateful for the blessing of a delicious meal (while insisting that dinner tasted just like something they would order at Brio – without the cost or fuss).
ingredients
- 1 package bowtie pasta
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 l lb can of Hunts Traditional Tomato Sauce
- 1 bottle Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing
- 1 jar Alfredo Sauce

Prepare pasta according to directions on the package. Meanwhile, season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for approximately 4 minutes on each side. Next, prepare the sauce by emptying Tomato Sauce into medium-size saucepan. Slowly cook on low heat. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing and continue to stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add Alfredo sauce, stir until desired creaminess.

Serve with Salad, Cheesy Garlic Bread (Buy whatever bread is on sale e.g. Ciabatta, Crusty French or Italian; Slice bread in half; combine softened margarine, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese, spread over each half of bread, cover with additional cheese; place under broiler under golden brown) and Ice Cream or Fresh Fruit for dessert!
