Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas
ingredients
- 1 can Campbells Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Pace Picante Sauce
- 2 t Chili Powder
- 2 C Chopped Chicken
- 1/2 C Monterey Jack Cheese
- 6 Tortillas
- 1 Small Tomato
- 1 Green Onion Sliced

Pre heat oven to 350

Stir the soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in a medium bowl

Stir 1 cup picante sauce mixture, chiciken and cheese in a large bowl

Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place in the seam side down in an 11x13 baking dish. Pour the remaining picante sauce over the filled tortillas.

Bake 30 - 40 minutes until bubbly and hot

Top with tomato and green onion
