Apple Streusel Muffins
These are really yummy!
ingredients
Muffins- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup apples unpeeled and finely diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter

Grease 12 large muffin cups. In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients. In a small bowl thoroughly combine eggs, sour cream and butter. Add all at once along with apples to the dry ingredients. Stir until moistened, about 20-25 strokes, then divide batter evenly among the greased muffin cups.

Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture forms course crumbs. Sprinkle each muffin with streusel topping. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400°.
