Granola
This is so easy to make, you’ll never buy store-bought granola again!
ingredients
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss oats, coconut, almonds & cherries in bowl. Pour oil & honey. Add cinnamon & stir with wood spoon. Pour onto sheet pan. Bake, stir with spatula for 25 minutes. Remove granola from oven. Store in airtight container.
