Cheese-Ham Casserole
ingredients
- 16 slices bread, cut off crust
- 10-12 eggs
- 8 slices ham, baked or boiled
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper

Take 8 slices of bread and butter both sides. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Add layer of ham and layer of cheese, Place remaining slices of buttered bread on top.

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (This is good for breakfast or brunch with a fruit salad.)
