Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

ingredients
- 1 pound Beef round top steak cut 1" thick
- 3 cups Broccoli flowerets
- 3 Tbs Soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
directions
Cook broccoli in boiling water 2 minutes, drain and reserve. Cut beef in half and save for another meal in freezer. Slice remaining piece diagonally across into 1/8" strips. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and red pepper. Place beef strips in a Ziploc bag adding soy sauce mixture and turning to coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes. Remove beef nad reserve marinade. Heat vegetable oil in skillet or Wok over medium high heat. Add beef and stir fry 2 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to cook 2 minutes. Combine cornstarch with reserved marinade. Add to beef mixture, cook stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Serve over cooked rice. Delicious!
