Sara's Crock Pot Chili
ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Adobo with Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. minced garlic or 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. ground cumin or to taste
- 1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Red Beans, undrained
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Black Beans
- 1 large can (28 oz.) fire roasted tomatoes

1. Season meat with Adobo.

2. In a skillet, heat oil on medium high, stir in meat and cook until browned.

3. Add onion, pepper and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes until onions are soft.

4. Put meat and the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
