Sausage and Cheese Quiche
ingredients
- 1 Pet Ritz Deep Dish Pie Shell
- 8 oz. sausage
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 TBSP onion
- 2 TBSP green pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano

Transfer frozen pie shell to 10" pie plate. Allow to thaw 10 minutes. Gently press to sides of baking dish.

Cook sausage, drain on paper towels and put in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine milk, eggs, onion, green peppers and seasonings. Mix well. Pour over cheese.

Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, Cut into wedges to serve.
