Easy Egg Brunch for Eight
ingredients
- 14 slices sandwich bread, crust removed
- 12 slices cheese
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 slices boiled ham(optional)
- 1 small can green ortega chilis diced
- 7 eggs
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt

Place 7 buttered bread slices on bottom of a well greased pan. Top each with cheese and ham. Place remaining buttered slices on top.

Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and chilis in a bowl.Pour egg mixture over entire pan and refridgerate overnight.

Toss cornflakes in melter butter and toss over entire pan just before baking.

Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
