Snow Balls - Mexican Wedding Cakes - Danish Cookies - Russian Tea Cakes
These cookies have many different names. We just call them delicious!
ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3 tbsp. confectioner’s sugar
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat oven to 325* F.
- 2
Cream the butter or margarine with the confectioner’s sugar.

Mix in flour gradually.

Add nuts until well blended.

Chill until firm to handle.

Roll dough one tbsp at a time between palms and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake slow for 20 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes then roll in confectioner’s sugar while cookie is still a little warm for a generous coating.

Store with waxed paper between layers.
