BREAKFAST IN A BLENDER
ingredients
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder-your choice
- 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup water or milk
- 1 Tbsp natural almond butter
- 1 frozen banana or fresh one
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp flax seed
- 1 Tbsp wheat germ
- 1/2 cup ice cubes

Place everything in the blender.
