Guacamole
I learned how to make this on a trip to Cancun with the family when I was a kid. It is still one my favorite chips/dips recipes. It’s so yummy that it breaks my heart to have leftovers, so I use it on sandwiches the following day.
ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- pinch of salt and pepper
