Kathy Yarbroughs Gazpacho
To me, this is an excellent Gazpacho. You can make it ahead and it lasts a long time. Plus, it is EASY
ingredients
- 1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c chopped cucumbers
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped red onions
- 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp french dressing
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
directions
Puree in Blender. Refrigerate 24 hours (12 minimum)
