Balsamic Pepper Chicken

This an easy and attractive dish to make for company. No one has to know how simple it is to pull together.

  • 4 large bell peppers in red, orange, yellow and green- cored and sliced

  • 1 large sweet or red onion, sliced thin

  • ½ cup organic balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ cup gluten-free Worcestershire Sauce

  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 6 fresh cloves of garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 4 fresh organic free-range split breasts of chicken, rinsed and patted dry

  • Sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
