Barnes'os enchilada's

The best most fantastic enchilada’s on earth. You must use rosarita enchilada sauce.
ingredients
- 2 large cans Rosarita enchilada sauce
- flour tortillas
- grated cheese
- FF refried beans (for everyone but dad)
- chopped onion (for mom, dad, Lyn and Mac)
- olives (but no onions for Katie)
- sour cream for topping off
directions
fill torilla’s with whatever combination of cheese-beans-onions etc that you like roll up and put in 11x13" pan. Cover with 2 large cans of Rosarita enchilada sauce. Bake either in microwave or oven until done.
