Yvonne's Spinach Casserole
Well, this is a very traditioal southern dish. Yummy, though! Yvonne makes this alot!
ingredients
- 4 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 large cans artichoke hearts
- 2 sticks of butter
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Seasoned bread crumbs
directions
Cook spinach and drain. Drain artichokes and cut in half. Melt butter and mash with cream cheese using a fork until lumpy like cottage cheese until lumpy like cottage cheese. Then add spinach, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Line the bottom of a greased casserole with artichoke hearts. Pour spinach mixture over the artichoke hearts. Put seasoned bread crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 min
