Yummy Breakfast Casserole
We had this on Thanksgiving weekend in 2007 and it was a huge hit with everyone!
ingredients
- 1/2 pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded Jack cheese
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 pre-cooked frozen sausage patties, thawed and diced
- 8 slices pre-cooked Bacon Slices, crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 9 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place hash browns into lightly sprayed 9“ x 13” pan and press down evenly to form a crust. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350°F.

Layer cheese, sausage and bacon over hash brown crust.

Beat milk and eggs together. Pour over cheese and meat.

Bake 30 minutes. Serve while warm.

Don't be afraid to bake this the night before if you find yourself short on time in the morning. It reheats wonderfully!
