Hibachi Ginger sauce
for Japanese stir fry
ingredients
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 oz ginger root, (size of nickel), peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white vinegar
directions
Combine in blender on low for 30 sec or until garlic and ginger root are pureed.
