for Japanese stir fry
¼ c chopped onion
½ c soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
½ oz ginger root, (size of nickel), peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp white vinegar
Combine in blender on low for 30 sec or until garlic and ginger root are pureed.
