for Japanese stir fry

ingredients

  • 1/4 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 c soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 oz ginger root, (size of nickel), peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white vinegar

directions

Combine in blender on low for 30 sec or until garlic and ginger root are pureed.
