Hibachi Ginger sauce

for Japanese stir fry

  • ¼ c chopped onion

  • ½ c soy sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ oz ginger root, (size of nickel), peeled and chopped

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp sugar

  • ¼ tsp white vinegar

  • Combine in blender on low for 30 sec or until garlic and ginger root are pureed.
