Tortilla Rolls
ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 small can diced olives
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 lb. shredded cheese
- 1-2 Tablespoons your choice: chopped jalapeno peppers, chopped green chilies or salsa
- 1 package flour tortilla shells

Cream together all ingredients.

Spread mixture onto tortilla shells and roll.

Wrap each tortilla roll in wax paper.

Let sit overnight in refrigerator.

Slice into bite size portions.
