Goat Cheese-Artichoke Pizza
ingredients
- 1 3.5 oz. container of goat cheese crumbles
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1 14-oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3 T. sun-dried tomatos, drained and chopped
- 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Sprinkle cheese over Pita rounds and top with remaining ingredients. Bake until browned.
