Fajitas

ingredients
- Chicken, cut into strips
- Marinate Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Fixings:
- Soft shell tacos
- Salsa
- Shredded Cheese
- Mexican Rice
- Sour Cream
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Chips
- Guacamole

1. Mix marinate ingredients in frying pan and cook chicken strips in marinade.

2. While chicken is marinating, cut peppers into strips and cut up onions.

3. Mix onions and peppers in separate frying pan and cover over medium heat.

4. Take chicken and peppers and mix with a clove of garlic, a dollop of sour cream, a dollop of salsa, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
