Chili Cornbread Quick and Easy - Diane

This was a total throw together one night and it has now become a Wood/Hall staple.

ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk (I use a bit less)
1 small can diced green chilis
1 small can (7oz) creamed corn or 1/2 of a large can.
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (add more if desired).
