Firebirds Crab Cakes
ingredients
- 2 lbs. crab meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (1-2 tsp.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbs. Old Bay seasoning
- 1 cup egg beaters
- 1 Tbs. salt
- lime juice
directions
Combine all ingredients together. Patty out crab cakes. Sauté in skillet, about four minutes per side. Serve over tortilla slaw.
