Healthy Heart Artichoke Chicken
An incredible and savory chicken entree. Perfect for just about any diet. Wonderful when served over pasta.
ingredients
- 6 – 5oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup of sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 2-4tsp of minced garlic (depending on your tastes)
- 1/2 cup of extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp of coarse salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
