1.boil and make caramel with sugar and water

add the concentrated mixture to the bottom of the baking pan

2. pre heat oven to 320*

3. mix eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla

pour in the mold

4. place in a oven version of a double boiler and (make sure the water in the double boiler is not bubling)

cook for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firm
