Vegan Mac N Cheese
I’m telling you this is a good vegan alternative to regular mac n cheese.
ingredients
- 1 box Elbow Noodles
- 3-4 ea Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbl Vegan butter(earth balance)
- 1/3 cup Soy milk
- 3/4 cup Vegan cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Vegan alfredo style cheese

Prepare both cheeses before serving. Cheese recipes are in my recipe book.

Boil the noodles according to the package, drain, and put back into the cooking pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well, but gently to combine. Add more soy milk if you want a creamier consistency.
