Layered Bean Dip
A recipe from Marcy’s grandmother.
ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, mashed with fork
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons each, salt and pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning or 1/2 cup bulk
- 2 cans Frito-lay Bean Dip
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounces Jack cheese, grated

Spread bean dip (straight out of the can) onto bottom of a large dish with sides.

In medium bowl mix avocado, lemon juice and salt and pepper to make guacamole. Smooth guacamole over bean dip.

In a separate bowl mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over guacamole.

Layer remaining four ingredients in the order given.
