Shish Kebab
ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1 tsp gluten free worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 large marinating steak, cubed
- 12 small white mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, cut in large cubes
- 1 large spanish onion, quartered
- bamboo skewers soaked in water
directions

Mix wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, olive oil, ketchup, sugar, vinegar and salt in a container with an airtight lid.

Add steak and mushrooms and marinate at least one hour.

Place steak, mushrooms, onions and peppers on bamboo skewers.

Cook on barbecue until steak is cooked to your liking.

Baste with extra marinade.
