Ingredients

  • 10 linguri zahar
  • 17 linguri faina
  • 1/2 pliculet praf de copt
  • 1 pliculet zahar vanilat
  • Pentru crema de ciocolata:
  • 60 g margarina
  • 1 lingura lapte
  • 1 lingura zahar
  • 1 lingura cacao

    Separam ouale. Albusurile le batem spuma cu un praf de sare si zaharul. Adaugam si galbenusurile. Amestecam. Intr-un castonel amestecam faina cu praful de copt. Adaugam in compozitie si amestecam cu grija. Impartim aceasta compozitie in jumatate.

    Pregatim crema: Le punem pe toate intr-o craticioara si le amestecam la foc mic pana se omogenizeaza totul si se ingroasa putin. Intr-una din jumatati, adaugam crema de ciocolata si amestecam.

    Ungem o tava mai mare de chec, eu am folosit doua mai micute, cu grasime. Si acum incepe chinul, turnam cate o lingura din compozitia alba si una din cea neagra. Procedam asa pana terminam. Nu e prea greu.

    Dam la cuptor la 180 grade Celsius, pentru cca. 45 de minute.
