Cauliflower Gratin
ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp butter - softened
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic - slivered
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/8 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
directions
Season Cauliflower florets with salt and pepper and saute in olive oil with garlic until almost tender. Transfer to a buttered gratin dish. Top with buttered fresh bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, chopped thyme and salt and pepper. Bake until the crumbs are brown and the cauliflower is tender.

This is a great winter side dish.
